Incomplete submissions

    Why do I have so many incomplete submissions for a form with a PayPal link?

    If a user closes the browser or didn't settle the payment after being redirected to the Payment Page, this will be logged as an Incomplete Payments. It will only be posted as a valid submission if the user completed the Payment and was able to completely process the transaction:

    If IPN is not enabled in your PayPal account, your JotForm account will not receive the confirmation is a successful payment is made:

    If you have many incomplete payments, it is likely that either IPN is not enabled or your PayPal information was not setup correctly when setting up you payment field. 

    Check your PayPal setup and check if IPN is enabled.  If both are correct and you still receive incomplete payments, let us know and we will be happy to have another look.
