On a PDF form how can I make the radio buttons (if checked wrong) uncheck?

Radio buttons cannot be unchecked.  I would either replace the field with a checkbox field or add an empty placeholder response to your radio button fields.  A checkbox field would allow them to uncheck their choice and adding a blank option to the radio button would allow the users to select the blank option if they change their mind.

If you have any further questions, let us know and we will be happy to help.
