i love your guys form and don't what to change, i installed it and it was working great till recently it stopped showing upon my site . I came back here and edited the look of the form a bit and took the iframe code and put the new one on my site. its getting cut off really early when it even shows up at all.
Currently the height of your iFrame is set to be really short:
<iframe allowtransparency="true" frameborder="0" id="JotFormIFrame" onload="window.parent.scrollTo(0,0)" scrolling="no" src="//form.jotform.me/form/52341915120444" style="border: none; height: 587px; width: 100%;"></iframe>
Try adjusting the value to a larger number to see if that will allow for the whole form to show. This code is in the first part of your iFrame embed code.
You may also need to add CSS to your form to set the specific height:
max-height: 800px !important;
min-height: 800px !important;
Adjust those values to suit the height of your form.
If your form still does not fully display in your page, let us know and we will be happy to have another look.
