I have edited my form but changes are not reflected on my embedded form

Asked by shimocks on October 09, 2015 at 12:27 PM

I have edited my form, and I see it the way I want it, however even after saving those changes and embedding the new code, I do not see those changes on my website where I embedded my form. Please advise! What am I missing? Thank you.

I have inspected your embedded form and your standalone form, and the reason why your form look differently on you website is because the element in which your form is, has a fix width that is less that width of your form and considering that your form is responsive, your form has adjusted to the width of that element.

If you want that your embedded form looks the same as your standalone form you need to increase width of element in which you form is embedded.

    It should be this element:

    <iframe width="100%" height="100%" src="//www.shimocks.com.usrfiles.com/html/80a210_37a3a1dd212768cac30a9e0b71dc6084.html" data-reactid=".0.$SITE_ROOT.$desktop_siteRoot.$PAGES_CONTAINER.1.1.$SITE_PAGES.$c1w18.1.$i6jqcw9z.0.0"></iframe>

As you see width of that element is 100%, change it to 1200px to see if that will resolve your issue.

Hope this will help. Let us know if you need further assistance.
