    Is it possible to for a sub account to use themes purchased by a parent account?

    Asked by AlanJordan on October 09, 2015 at 01:16 PM

    I am trying to apply the Theme GoodBye Clutter and having trouble, particularly in a subaccount.

    Please see http://www.jotform.com//?formID=52815580450959

    I'm having trouble

    1. Applying the form; and

    2. Allowing the subaccount to see the themes that I have purchased.

    Thanks,

    Alan

    I'm the subaccount Alan referred to. Let me know if I also have to buy this theme to use it.

    @Alan,

    1. The GoodBye Clutter theme seems to be already applied to the #52815580450959 form.

    2. It appears that sub accounts do not have access to the themes associated with the main account.

    I have sent a ticket to our Development Team to see if we can allow themes access for sub users. There is no ETA for when it will be fixed, but we will let you know if we have any updates.

    @Priya,

    It seems that you need to purchase that theme if you would like to be able to apply it yourself. Alternatively, you can ask to apply it from the main account.

    Thank you for your answer.  I guess I expected to see all of the fields in the GC Demo.  I didn't see them at all.  Only a place for a name and a submit button. When I added a video manually, this is what I saw.

    Note that I can't even move the full name field and submit button.

    Now, I've tried doing this in another directory, and I've made a video that shows my experience. Here's a link to it: https://&feature=youtu.be

    I guess I expected to see all of the fields in the GC Demo.  I didn't see them at all.

    You need to clone it if that is the case. After selecting the theme from your My Themes section, click the "Clone" button:

    Note that I can't even move the full name field and submit button.

    I can move them without any issues. You need to hold the left-click mouse button then drag the field up/down. You can also use the arrow keys in your keyboard.

    Thanks
