I am getting a form has exceeded it allotted quota error?

I see that you are using Bronze subscription plan and the account has already received 1000 submissions for the current month and hence you may have received the quota error. However, I also notice that you have already upgraded to Silver plan. You should be now able to receive the submissions without any issues.
