Hide Radio button or Checkbox option when Date passed

    Hi JF,

We use many of our forms on a continuous, rolling basis.

For example, we have a form that requires students to select their graduation term: Summer 2015, Fall 2015. We want to retire Summer 2015 and open up Spring 2016 without deleting the whole radio button field -- so that we can retain the metrix of past data.

Is this possible? Or would we have to have a radio button for each term?

    Hi Vanessa,

You can achieve the condition by using DateTime field and Smart Form Using Condition Logic.

You can set the condition rules like this

Here is a demo form http://www.jotform.com/52816484155965  you can test. For the purpose of the demo, the CurrentDate field is visible and changeable in the form. But you can Hide it in the actual implementation.

Hope this help. Let us know if you need further assistance.
