I'm receiving an error when trying to integrate with dropbox.

Thank you for your response. Please see a screen shot below.
Error Occurred when setting up Dropbox Integration. I have thoroughly reviewed the instructions. I cannot figure out why it won't work. :-(

I have just tried setting up the Integration on my end, and it is working fine.
After clicking on the green Authorize button, a new window should pop up. Please make sure that pop-up windows are not blocked by your browser. In the popup that opens after clicking that green Authenticate button, you will be presented with a login to your Dropbox account if you are not logged in already:
After logging in, you will need to authenticate JotForm to access your Dropbox:
This will close the popup, and you will be able to continue setting up the integration details on JotForm:
The main points to go over to ensure successful integration is to (1) make sure that you are logged into your JotForm account when attempting this, that (2) popups are not blocked by your browser, and that (3) you are logged into your Dropbox account.
Please do try again, and please let us know how it goes. I would suggest also trying it on a different browser, such as Firefox or Chrome, and see if that helps.
