I am sorry, but I was not able to properly understand your inquiry. Please reiterate your question and provide us with more details.
As mentioned in the article blog http://www.jotform.com/blog/175-All-Forms-are-Now-Secure-by-Default-The-SSL-Limits-on-Free-Accounts-are-Lifted-
You can now have up to 100 SSL submissions as well for FREE accounts.
You can check the different subscription packages available in the Jotform Pricing page here.

Jonathan,
As mentioned in the article blog http://www.jotform.com/blog/175-All-Forms-are-Now-Secure-by-Default-The-SSL-Limits-on-Free-Accounts-are-Lifted-
The article you linked states
"... we no longer limit our free users to just 10 secure submissions. All users can use as many secure form submissions as they like."
However, your answer states 100 for free accounts. Is there a limit of 100 or unlimited submissions? The title of article and bolded statement make the reader believe submissions are unlimited. -

There are still SSL limit on free accounts. From 10 SSL limit, it was increased to 100 SSL Submissions limit per month. You can check it on the pricing page http://www.jotform.com/pricing/.
I believe the article represents the spike increase of the limit and the time it will be cleared that's why it's more like considered to be unlimited. Basically, SSL on free accounts are normally used for testing purposes before which can now be used as regular submission.
Thanks for the clarification though and for pointing out the article. We will check with the marketing team so they can rephrase it if necessary to avoid confusions.
Thanks!
