I have had several customers state that they are unsuccessful when using our form when it comes to the payment portion. They state that their card or cards have been rejected due to the site being "unsecured" can you please help me to understand how to get around this issue? I am losing customers because they get frustrated trying to pay for their product. They state it is not just one card but several that are being rejected, please help,

May we know if the form is embedded on a website? If it is, could you please share us the website link for us to better check it.
I cloned this form http://www.jotform.com/51356595615967 and I made a test submission in my end, I was navigated to the Paypal's secure payment gateway without any errors. Here's a screencast:
A screenshot of the problem or error would also help us to better understand where the problem is happening.
