    Fillable PDF: Getting XML access denied error message

    I am trying to create a fillable PDF form and I am receiving the following XML error after a few seconds:

    This XML file does not appear to have any style information associated with it. The document tree is shown below.

    Apologies for the inconvenience. I was able to replicate the problem by cloning your form.

    I'm following up to find out if there has been any progress made with this error? I've read the issue being resolved in a couple of other forums.

    You can try to recreate the PDF to see if you get the error, but please do note that while the threads could have the same title, the underlying issue might be quite different so some issues get fixed, while others do not.

    Looking at the thread, I can see one of our developers being assigned to it, but since they did not update this thread, it seems that the issue that is causing you to experience this issue is still not resolved.

    I would only like to mention that long forms will have issues being recreated as the PDF, especially very long forms, but as mentioned above, our developers are already looking into this issue and as soon as there are any updates we will update you about it through this thread.

    I cloned your form and tried it again, but I'm still getting the error message, it seems like it is still unresolved. I also checked the status of the ticket report and it is still unresolved. Apologies for the inconvenience, I understand that this is taking some time. I'll notify developer assigned on this and see if we can get an update.
