forms filled via website are not been forwarded to my email. this happended since beginning of September 2015. Please help.Page URL:

Sorry for this inconvenience. I have verified your email and it is not in our BOUNCE LIST. I also noticed that you did receive some emails some test emails today.
While reviewing your form, RETEST FORM, I did notice that you have 2 identical email notifications. I also noticed that you have added a custom sender email.
If you are still having issues, can you try removing this email and using one of the default, email@example.com.
