    Hi All!

Recently, I am facing this problem. When an user submits a form, I would the form should send an email to the submitter with some information. I usually test it by submitting the form and giving my email as the submitter address. What I found that recently (from yesterday only), the emails are landing up in the SPAM folder (I use gmail).

Earlier I did not have this problem. I hate to display a Thank You message that "Please look at your SPAM folder" which one can always do. Please suggest a workaround or how to avoid this.

Please understand that this is NOT my mailbox problem as I can configure it as non-SPAM, But other people (the recipients) do not know that an email has been sent. It will just land up in the SPAM folder!

OR IS it because JotForm has suddenly made all forms secure with https://..   address?

    Hi Madhur,

Your first two email notification aren't properly configured. You left both the sender name and email empty. If you leave it this way, your email might get caught as spam because of the missing sender details. Please check and configure the two. You should make sure to make it like this:

You can select a field as the "Sender Name" and you can select your own email address as the Sender Email.

For the last two notification email, you are currently using Gmail's SMTP. Is your domain hosted at Google Apps? If not, you should use your real hosting's SMTP details. OR, use the Mandrill method:

    Thanks

No. All forms are not secured by default. Please check this blog post:
