All of my forms say disabled or currently unavailable. There has been no changes and all forms are enabled, there is no submission limit no expiration date. I have no clue what the problem is. Please help. I have a total of 13 forms that state the same thing.Page URL:

This has been resolved by one of my colleague as per mentioned on your other threads. It should be fine by now.
