The configurable list widget is not showing in Firefox when using the oEmbed plugin for WordPressAsked by windirect on October 10, 2015 at 10:25 PM
we have a big problem with configurable list.
In firefox they will not be displayed.
Thanks for your help.
Just so you know that I have moved your problem here as a new thread. Again, my reply below:
I cannot replicate this problem using Firefox on Windows 8.1 and 10. Here's a screenshot in Win10:
You look like using Firefox on Windows 7. Is this correct? If so, please do the following so we'd know if there are errors in the form that is causing this to happen:
a. While viewing the page, press "F12" to open the developers tool in Firefox.
b. Find and click the "Console" window to view the logs
c. From there, you should see some logs. Errors are the red ones. Please take a screenshot and psot it here.
Also, try embedding the form using our iframe method: https://www.jotform.com/help/148-Getting-the-Form-iFrame-Code.
Thank you and I look forward to your reply.
Here you will find the screenshot.
We do not use the i frame method because we have problems with the scrollin in HTML5 !!
Thanks for your help
I have now forwarded this thread to our developers. Based on your screenshot, there seems to be an error that is related to the widget. If there are updates, you should know it here.
For now, try suggesting users to use Google Chrome if they have a problem viewing the form in Firefox.
Or, try our other embed method. How about the default JS embed? Or, the Embed Form WP Plugin (https://wordpress.org/plugins/embed-form/).
Lastly, can you please tell us your OS and Firefox version? This way, our developers can check it using the same.
here is my version.
Thank you for providing your Firefox version. This thread is already assigned to our widget developer. We will let you know here as soon as we get some updates about this report.
Hi, the error has been fixed. In case the error still shows up try to clear your browser cache or load it on incognito mode(chrome). I think it holds the old version of the script which end up not reading the proper functions. Please try it again and let us know if you need further help.
