    Live Form Does Not Match Form in Designer

    I would like to re-design a form I've already created from scratch. I removed form styles by going to the preferences menu and the form now looks like the stripped down version while in the form builder. When I open the designer it still looks like the styled version.

    I've tried two different browsers and the same thing occurs. When I go to my web page where it is embedded, the form seen is the stripped down version. 

    How can I ensure the version of the form I am seeing match is all locations so that I can re-style correctly?

    Hi,

    I tried your form on "Designer" and "Designer's Preview", the results are the same for both of them.

     

    For "Designer",

     

    For "Designer Preview",

     

    I assume that this was a temporary problem. To be sure about its final look, you can try it on Form Builder's Preview.

     

    Please try again and let us know about the final state of the problem.

    The issue has not resolved itself. I just got annoyed and deleted the forms. I have cloned the same form and duplicated the issue. That form is called "PROBLEM!" This problem I state applies to ALL forms.

    Hi there,

    Now, I confirmed the error on my side. I suggest you to use "Themes" on Form Builder to reset its look.

     

    To do that, 

    Open the "Themes" and select the "Default Theme". This will reset its look.

     

    Also, I suggest you to use different browser while you are doing this operation.

    I followed the directions (reset via theme) provided using a form labeled Benefits Verification and I now have 3 different views of the same form. See below:

    Hi again,

    Sorry to see that you are still suffering from the same problem. Before giving any other advice, I created your form again and you can find its link from the below:

    You can clone this one to your account. To do that, please use the guide about how to import a form. Before doing that, clear your browser caches and delete the old form.

     

    If we come to your current "PROBLEM!" form, you can change your form's style using "Properties" on the Form Builder page.

     

    I hope this methods will help you this time. Please let us know about the final state of the problem.
