How sub user can sccess child folder created under a parent/root folder in master account and add forms in the child folders?Asked by leeanndumas on October 12, 2015 at 08:26 AM
I am a sub-account on my employer's account. The HelpDesk created folders inside of my main folder so that I could organize my forms, but I can't see them. What do they need to do to share them with me?

We tried that and I still can't see the folders.
I did check your account and did not find any issue with that. User "TDAHelpdesk" have shared forms with you and they seems to be already visible in your account. Please be noted that you should click on the "TDAHelpdesk" label which is displayed in the left menu. Please check the screenshot below:
Do check and get back to us if you are not able to see the "TDAHelpdesk" shared folder itself.

I haven't made this clear.
I can see the TDA Help Desk Folder. I can see all of the forms inside of it and the FandN folder inside of it.
But I asked for folders inside of the FandN folder so that I could organize the forms that have been created.
I cannot create folders inside the FandN folder.
The TDAHELPDesk created the folders for me -- which apparently you can't see either. How do I get access to the folders inside of the FandN folder.
Unfortunately we do not have such features. It is currently not possible to organize folders of master account. Only user which share forms with you can create folders and assign forms to that folder.
Let me send a feature request to our back end team. We will get back to you as soon as we have any update from them.
But the user has created the folders and inside the FandN folder and has shared them with me. I just can't see them.
So it is not possible for the user of the master account to put folders inside of a sub-account and share the folders with the user of the sub-account?

Unfortunately, it is not possible as for the moment, however, there is a ticket request already opened for this feature, hopefully this will be implemented sooner or later. You should get an update on this thread when that happen. I cannot however, give you an ETA for when this will be done.
