    Hi,

    Could you please elaborate a bit more on what your issue is. I have cloned your form and submitted a couple of requests. I was able to download all documents uploaded in the form.

    I was able to reproduce the issue you're having. I believe this is the same message you're getting when you try to download the attached file from those specific submissions you have mentioned on your previous reply.

    We would like to apologize for the inconvenience. 

    I will be escalating this to a higher level of support group so it can be checked further. Please be advised that you will be getting updates regarding this via this thread. 

    By the way, I have noticed that the file type or format of the attached file for those submissions are in PDF format. So, for the meantime, if it is possible for you to ask your submitters to upload or attached files that are NOT in PDF format for now until the issue is fixed.

    I apologize for this delayed response.

    As it appears, both pdf submissions didn't appear to have reached the server properly. It's probable that at the time of the submissions of the two, there happened to be an intermittent connection between the user and the server causing it to prematurely complete. As a result, the file transfer was canceled. What you can do for these submissions is to contact the persons who uploaded the files and request from them the said files again.
