My form is designed and complete, but I still have a half-built version of it showing live

Asked by recordingrob on December 29, 2015 at 09:01 AM

The form is at https://form.jotformeu.com/53622824295358. It should look nice (wide form, rounded corners, colour etc) and there should be two main questions, each with its own matrix.

However, what I'm actually seeing is an old version from when I was half way through building it, so the form is incomplete and looks bad. It stays this way no matter how many times I publish it and it's the same on private browsing/incognito.

Please help, I was hoping to get this to colleagues today.

    Hi,

I checked your form and indeed, the updates are not showing.  However, when I cloned your form, the updates showed right away.  I was having this same issue with new updates yesterday.  Eventually they did show, but there was quite some delay.

To get around the delay, you can clone my copy:

    http://www.jotform.com/help/42-How-to-Clone-an-Existing-Form-from-a-URL

    https://form.jotform.com/53625154286963

Or you can clone yours in from within your account:

    http://www.jotform.com/help/27-How-to-clone-an-existing-form-from-your-account

Either of those options should allow for the changes to show in the new copy immediately.
