We ran into an issue where we were using Stripe to process payments in our form. We realized yesterday that the form actually reverted back to using PayPal. People tried to register but couldn't because that paypal account is no longer active, however, we were able to see the pending charges and those that tried to register. However, this information is no longer available after we switched back to paypal. Is there anyway this info can be retrieved? we desperately need those names and info so we can contact them to continue the registration process.

Unfortunately, we cannot retrieve the data for you. What you can try is restoring the form to its previous version (PayPal one) by using a Revision History tool, but results are not guaranteed. The Stripe data will be removed once you restore the form, so it is recommended to download current submission data. Also, you may want to clone your current Stripe version of the form.
Once you restore the form, please check an Incomplete Payments folder at submissions page.
