I tried to cancel my subscription tied to the email address email@example.com, but it game me an error. Please confirm that you've received my request and will stop billing me effective immediately.

Upon your request, I have gone ahead and cancelled your economy monthly subscription. You will not be billed again but your account will remain economy until January 20, 2016 for the time you have already paid. After this date, your account will automatically downgrade to free plan.
