    Saved changes made on form are not shown as live until we change the subdomain of the form

    Hi,

    The changes I make on my form are taking forever to appear in the Preview / Open in New Tab option. One change took almost 10 minutes to appear, which is slowing my progress down quite considerably.

    I only just purchased JotForm last night (UK time) when it appeared to be working fine with changes appearing straight away.

    Do you know if there is any reason for this? Or is there a way to manually refresh it? F5 doesn't seem to be fixing it.

    Sorry for this inconvenience. I have just cloned your form and did not experience any issue. I added and removed some fields. When opened in a new browser the form loaded correctly.

    Could you please try using the following URL 

    https://eu.jotform.com

    instead of

    https://form.jotformeu.com

    Also please try clearing your browser's cache and cookies.

    It seems that when I was accessing the form over this link: http://www.jotformeu.com/form/53625366313353 that the changes were not shown, but that when I accessed your form over this link: http://form.jotformeu.com/form/53625366313353 the changes were shown to me right away.

    Now while I can not recreate this on my side, I was able to do so on your own form.

    As such I will raise this to our developers to see what might be issue and we will update you about it through this thread.Since you have mentioned that you have issues with forum as well, please do let us know if you are able or not able to see this thread.* You can reply back through email if you are not able to do so over forum.This is the link to this thread: http://www.jotform.com/answers/678341864

    Thank you both for getting back to me.

    Ben, my URL is currently shown as https://form.jotformeu.com/53625366313353 - but still not showing new changes (even as recent as 10 minute ago).

    Sometimes the changes don't appear to come into effect for up to 30mins at a time, sometimes longer.

    I managed to find this thread by searching for it. Form is still showing threads from 4-5 hours ago only.

     

    Victor, I logged on using the eu. domain and my browser cache and cookies have been completely cleared, but still no joy.

     

    If it helps matters, now that I think about it. When I was using jotform last night on the free subscription, everything was working fine. But since I upgraded my subscription, that's when the problems began.

    It looks like you ended up deleting the form.

    However, upon taking a look into your paid account, it shows only this form:

    Is the issue still present?

    Hi Jeanette,

    i thought if I delete everything and start again, that it might sort the problem. Unfortunately it hasn't and the problem is still present even on the new form I have created.

    Hi Mike,

    According to my tests on your form (https://form.jotformeu.com/53627074381356), I made some changes and the changes are applied instantly on "Preview"/new tab. Please, see it from the below:

     

    I see that you have already cleared your browser caches and I also removed your form caches. Could you please try to make some changes on your form and preview it again? Alternatively, you can try it on a different browser. After trying, please let us know the results.

    Hi Mert. Yes, but the problem is, when I make changes - those changes don't show in the preview. Sometimes there is a very long delay, sometimes the changes don't show at all.

    Caches have been cleared and I've tested it in another browser, with absolutely no joy at all.

    Hi again,

    Just now, an update came from our developers. On EU servers, we had a latency between servers; but currently, the problem should be fixed. Please, try it again on your side and let us know the results. Also, sorry for the inconvenience.

    Hi Mert. Yes, the problem appears to have been fixed now. I've made some changes to the form and it's now instantly showing those changes.
