My conditions are for certain text to be enabled or disabled on another page, based on selection of checkboxes in an earlier page of the same quiz.

Unfortunately this is not working at all. Pls help because this is essential for my survey

I'm getting a similar problem. I don't know if it's the conditions that are not working, but none of my new changes from conditions to new text fields are appearing in the preview / published view.

    Hi,

I have checked your form and I can see the fields you are trying to enable with conditions are hidden :

I guess you are trying to show them based on selections instead of enable them, take a look to this guide , it could help you : http://www.jotform.com/help/316-How-to-show-or-hide-a-field-in-the-form-based-on-the-other-field-input-or-selection

Do let us know if it helps, if not , we will be glad to assist you.

Scullion, I can see you have reported your issue on this thread : http://www.jotform.com/answers/678341864-Changes-to-Form-in-Preview-not-shown#1

One of my colleagues replied to you there, please, follow your case only on that thread, this is in order to avoid any confusion.

    Regards.

I checked out your link... but I had already done it in the way explained therein.

I even tried moving the check box question & conditioned text areas into the same page, then I tried enabling the text areas... all to no avail.
I just upgraded to the bronze version hoping that this issue would be solved. It cannot be solved, then jot form is of no use to me.
Please help me with this urgently because I need to send the survey out on Monday 4 Jan.
    Many thanks in advance!

    Hi,

I checked your form and you are still using the Enable/Require Field condition.

I made a simple test form, in order to explain you better why that condition is not working, you are trying to enable "Text", a text does not have any input, text only is displayed in your form and can not be changed, that is why you are not seeing the result, this is an example about how you currently have configured your conditions.

If I select "Yes" in "Enable" field, it should enable the text, based in your conditions, but it does not make nothing since text can not be enabled or disabled.

As you see, nothing happens.I presume you are trying to show or hide the text based on previous selections, you can do it setting your conditions as the image below :

As you see that condition affects the "Text" field, you can also see my cloned form here : https://form.jotform.com/60016770658962 , you can clone it and take a look to the conditions I have added.

You can also get more info about Show/Hide Conditions on this guide.

If this is not what you are trying to achieve, please provide us more details, and let us know the specific conditions that is not working, we will take a look and will see if it is not really working.

    We will wait your response.

    Thanks.
