Do you mean you have embedded your form on your Facebook page and once you have deactivated your account on Facebook your Facebook page is also deactivated and cannot fill up the form? If this is the case, your user can still fill up the form using the direct link of the form. If you are referring to a different concern, can you provide us more details so we can further check the issue?
