I like the sub labels that appear under the fields but I don't want the sublabels printed in a auto respond email.

I only want the contents of the fields to print.  I do not want "First Name: Joe".  I only want "Joe".

How do I do that in the email?

    Thanks much.

I am currently checking your form. Will be back as soon as I find a workaround.

After cloning your form and doing some experimentations with it, I found no workaround to hide those sub-labels in the email so that they can be read naturally in the email. If a field has a sub-label, that sub-label is included in the email notification. Do you want this feature to be added? However, I can't give you a time-frame for when this will be implemented.
