User clicks Submit but no action taken, msg 'web page not connected'.

    May I know if the form is embedded on a website? If it is, could you please share to us the link to that page?

    I checked your latest form which is titled "2016 Renewal - Membership Associate" and I was redirected to the payment gateway after clicking the submit button.

    Here's a screencast:

     

    You'll see that submission in the "Incomplete Payments" because I did not proceed on making the payment.

    The error message "Web page not connected" is most probably related to either the network connection OR the actual website page is unable to connect to the server.

    We'll wait for your response.

    Hi Jotform,

    Yes, the link is on a web page - Go to - http://www.feldenkrais.org.au/membership-renewal-2016
    Scroll down the page to the link to the form.

    The user said they tried to click SUBMIT 20 times. It sounded to me like some kind of time out, but thought I would report it in case there is an issue.

    It's either a browser specific issue or a temporary issue in the form. I can submit it without any issues. Please try re-saving the form in the form builder then clear your forms cache after: http://www.jotform.com/help/229-How-to-Clear-your-Form-Cache. Let us know if the issue persists so we can check further.
