    problem with Ticket Purchases widget

    ive installed ticket purchases, after 1 submission ticket purchases keeps loading and showing the spinning loading icon and it stays like this. i tried to reinstall the widget same happen.

    u can see it in the first appointment form

    BTW the same happens in appointment slots widget which is based on the same system.

    I was reproduced same issue that you are having on your form.When I duplicated that field it works properly on my side.

    Can you also duplicate those fields and let us know the result?

    i tried that, duplicating the field does work but after 1,2,3 submissions (it changes)

    it goes back to that situation.. is there any other way to resolve it ?

    I checked your form and it seems to be working as expected.


    You can try opening the wizard of the widget and just click the "Update widget". Make sure also that the settings are properly configured.


    Let us know if that resolves the problem.
