When i recieved a filled form de date of sending the form is correct but not the time.
How can i make that the right time when te form is send to me ?

I see that the form https://form.jotformeu.com/53624473337357 under a guest account under the email address email@example.com. I would strongly suggest signing up an account to us using the same email address, it should automatically moved your form from the guest account to the registered account.
From there, you can change your JotForm account's date and time settings.
After changing the settings, it should now show you the correct timezone in your submission date and time in your submissions page.
