I checked the account associated to the email you use in this thread (firstname.lastname@example.org) but the email is only associated to a guest account. Guest Account are session account which do not have a username and password. Please register to JotForm at least to a Free Account to enjoy our service. You can sign up here: http://jotform.com/signup. If you are referring to a different account, please provide to us the account you are referring to so we can further investigate the issue.
Do let us know if you need further assistance.

I have checked and you have two guest account with email address email@example.com. Guest accounts are automatically created when you are not logged in to registered account . However there are not forms on your guest accounts.
I have checked email address firstname.lastname@example.org and I found free account with username Fit123.
You can login to your account with email address or with username. If you have forgot your password you can reset your password:
1. Go to jotform login page
2. Click on the login button on top
3. Click the "Forgot Password?" button
4. Provide your username or email, and click on send reset button.
I have checked our email log with email address email@example.com and I saw that you made two requests for password change. Those reset codes are not expired and you will need to make another request if you want to change your password.
Hope this will help. Let us know if you need further assistance.
