    FTP submission question

    I have a ftp submission form at http://www.ambroseprint.com/#!ftp-upload/cmtr and it does not seem to be working now.  it is giving an error with no explanation.  I have reset my FTP server and am still getting the same error.  Have changed the file to be uploaded and no effect. Any ideas what could be wrong?

    Unfortunately, the screenshot did not went through successfully. Could you please try attaching the image again, please make sure to directly visit this thread using this link http://www.jotform.com/answers/678342269 and use the image button to upload the screenshot.

    I tried setting up an FTP connection with my form and made a test submission, it works without any problems. Could you please try re-integrating your FTP connection? Here's a guide: http://www.jotform.com/help/177-How-to-Enable-FTP-on-Form-Submissions.

    Make sure to enable "Is FTP connection Passive" and click the "Test Connection" button.


    It might also be related to the FTP details you are using or some changed in the permission attributes of your folders.

    I have reset the FTP intergration and it appears to be working now.
