    Are submissions monthly or yearly?

Asked by nicabrian on December 30, 2015 at 10:14 AM

Example free account would be allowed 100 submissions/year (form subscribe button being clicked); Bronze would be 1000 submissions/yr

    Or are these monthly submissions?

Also as there is a data limit, is it a correct assumption that tied to this is the backup storage of each submission.  So if for example the form is 1mb including submitted data then one would have to upgrade from the free to a paid version at approximately when 100 submissions had been made.  Correct?

These are monthly submissions and not yearly. The submission counter will reset back to 0 at the first day of the month. If you are under the Free plan, you have 100 submissions per month.

The available space is referring to the uploaded files or attached files by your users. For example, if you have an upload field then it means that you will be receiving files from your users. In order to free up some space, you will need to delete the submissions that has an uploaded or attached files on it.

Hope this answered your questions. Thank you.
