How to get access to other account's form submission page?

Hi had the direct link to a survey that someone else did for me and I sent it from my email.  Long story short but I deleted the email responses and the person that had access to the original survey isn't available and I need the information. 

If it is possible for you to ask the owner of the form to give you a link to the form's submission page, which, by the way, he can get by following the instructions on this guide: How-to-Share-Form-s-Submissions-Page, that would definitely solve your problem, otherwise, I'm sorry but, there is no way for you to get an access to submissions without the owner of the form permission.
