This form was messed up. We lost history of payment details.

It seems that you have made some changes to your JotForm by moving and removing some fields which has resulted in shifting the form responses.
As you see the submission data, the payment details are available with a different field.
Please be noted that deleting the form fields from the form will also remove the submission data of the field from the submissions view. However, this data can be retrieved only by reverting the form to the last working version. Once you get the backup of these submissions, you may again revert to the recent version as well.
