XML Access denied error while creating PDF forms

I need to convert all of our forms to pdf forms. I was successful with all of our forms but the questionnaires (adult, pediatric, and adolescent). In order to convert the forms, I chose from the 'more' drop down menu, 'create pdf'.

I get an error message when attempting this with the questionnaires. Please advise.

    Thank you,

I'm able to replicate the issue with the cloned version of your following JotForms.

    CHILD Health and Lifestyle Questionnaire

    ADOLESCENT Health and Lifestyle Questionnaire

    ADULT Health and Lifestyle Questionnaire

The issue seems to be with the length of form. Let me forward the thread to our backend team to take a look at the issue. When there is an update in this regard, you'll be posted here.

    Thank you!

Since the issue is already forwarded to our backend team, I see that the issue is now marked as Important and assigned to one our developers. As soon as we we have any important information with the issue, you'll be updated here.
