XML Access denied error while creating PDF formsAsked by julieconant on October 08, 2015 at 12:50 PM
I need to convert all of our forms to pdf forms. I was successful with all of our forms but the questionnaires (adult, pediatric, and adolescent). In order to convert the forms, I chose from the 'more' drop down menu, 'create pdf'.
I get an error message when attempting this with the questionnaires. Please advise.
I'm able to replicate the issue with the cloned version of your following JotForms.
The issue seems to be with the length of form. Let me forward the thread to our backend team to take a look at the issue. When there is an update in this regard, you'll be posted here.
Rounding back to you about the pdf conversion of the forms listed below.
Any luck getting that sorted out?
Please keep me informed.
