Populate address field from another address fieldAsked by mgregov on October 08, 2015 at 01:09 PM
I am looking to create on my form when I click on a box (is address information same as above) then the address information will be automatically populated into the following fields.
Is this possible?
This is a re-post of a comment on How to Pass Field Value to Another Field?
Yes, this is possible to populate one Address field from another Address field. The steps are the same as for other fields, please see the next animation.
If you need any further assistance, please let us know.
I'm trying to do this with a name/email/organization field on my form, but I don't seem to have this advanced options box. The only thing I have is Update/Calculate Fields:
IF information is same as above check box
STATE is equal to
DO Copy a field's value
FROM Full Name Nomiee
TO Full Name Nominator
This should seemingly work, but I just get a 0 on the form when I check the box.
If I do the same to copy the email from email 1 to email 2, then I only get the numbers I list in the email address not the whole email address.
