How do I get the submission

Do you keep the submission report?  How do I get them?

Are you asking if we keep a copy of the submission that was sent to you by a user whom has filled in your form? Or did you maybe mean the report you created for your form's submission data?

If so then yes you can do that.

You can look at it by viewing your submissions when you are logged into your jotform account.

Or you can select the form then click on "reports at top" and view it that way to find those.

But if you meant something else then please elaborate more so we can assist you better.

I accidentally deleted all the submission information.  I would like to know if you keep a file for these records. 

So you mean that you accidentally deleted all of the submissions you received for your form and you are wondering if we have a backup file for those?

Unfortunately no we do not keep a backup record of that currently. If you've deleted them on accident or even intentionally then I regret to tell you that it cannot be recovered.
