Setting Conditions for "Select All" widget

I used this widget, because I wanted to set conditions for selecting certain cities and then once a city is selected, it brings up the stores within that city. If someone wanted to select all the stores, this is where the widget came in handy. The issue I am having is that when I go to set a condition for the city. For example, if I select "Torrance," I only want a select group of stores to pop up when "Torrance" is selected. When I go to set the condition like in the attached image, when I select "equal to" there is no longer a Torrance option. It was there before when I was just using the normal check box feature. If I cannot select Torrance, then how can the specific stores related to Torrance be a condition?

Instead of using the "Is Equal To" option, please do try using "Contains" instead. This is because the value of the check box is not specific to one item which is why using "equal" to may now work.

I'm not sure how your form should work, but I cloned it and tried setting it up

Below I setup 3 "Stores" with their specific location based on the "City" field, "Torrance", "Commerce" and "West Covina".

Thank you. When I go to the conditions field though, it doesn't give me an option to select Torrance or any of the cities I've put in the field. Do you know why? What you did is how I would like it to work though =)

I've cloned your form and found some error in your Conditions because of a deleted field.

To add "Torrance" to the Condition, you can type the word Torrance on the field. See image below.
