Jotform Google Spreadsheet integration broken

I'm not sure why, but our Jotform List eARC submission form for Locus Reviews seems to be broken. In the Integrations tab, it says the form should be correctly linked. But we're not getting new submissions. Help!

I've updated this query to add that I removed and reintegrated the file. However, instead of linking to the old spreadsheet in Google Drive, it has created a new Jotform folder and a new spreadsheet with the same name as the old one. I can't seem to get it to link to the old file, and would love to have all information in the same place.

Further edited to add -- the newly-made form contains one column the old one does not, at the end. It is called "Edit Link" and each cell contains a link to something called "Edit Submission" with clickable links to jotform. I tried adding a new column with the same name to the old spreadsheet and reintegrating, but that didn't work. The plot thickens.

    thanks,
    Francesca

    Hi,

The Google Spreadsheet integration is reset when the form fields are modified or the when the spreadsheet is modified so the integration won't work. And re-integrating to Google Spreadsheet usually creates new sheet if you have edited your form. Sorry for the inconvenience.
