Dear Sir,
I have made such a nice forms with jot form with my other account lutfugurluk@gmail.com but one hour ago I received a message that my account has been suspended, I have tried to send you message but I believe you didn't receive my message, thats why I am writing from hear, Please help me to understand what did I make wrong and why did you cancel my account,

Hello Lutfu,
Upon checking your account I found that it's suspended by our anti-phishing system. We have automated anti-phishing system which scans all forms and mark them with probability of being used for phishing activities.
Upon taking a closer look at your form, I can confirm that it's not being used for any phishing activities. I have activated your account now. Do try to sign in to your account and get back to us if you have any trouble.
I would suggest you to build your form in English language and then take advantage of our "Languages" feature to translate your form to any desired language. The following guide should help you: http://www.jotform.com/help/298-How-to-make-your-forms-multilingual

Was this for the other account under the other account for lutfugurluk@gmail.com? or your current account now? I'm not seeing any inactive accounts on my end currently.
Are you still having this issue? Can you please try again and let us know?
