Is it possible to use the approveme.me service for digital signatures on my form? If so, how would I do that?

    Thanks,

I took a look at the ApproveMe but from what I see this is a WordPress only plugin.

This means that it can only be used on your own WordPress website.

While you can not add it to your JotForm form within the Form Builder, you can always create the form that you want and grab its source code. Once you do, you just add it as such to your website and then implement the signature into the same form.

This should (it is not tested) allow you to use both JotForm and the ApproveMe eSignature.

Now we do have our own - built it eSignatures like E-Signature while we also offer the world recognized eSignature alternative offered by Adobe: Adobe DC eSign Services

If you opt out for our widgets then these can be added to your form directly, while as mentioned the ApproveMe option should work in the steps mentioned above.

Thanks for the replay. It may just be easiest to use the Adobe eSign.

One of the approve.me features that was appealing was that they automatically email people if they haven't signed off. That would be helpful to make sure people see their forms, complete, and sign them.

    That is an appealing feature.

If you do decide to go with Adobe eSign - Let us know how it goes.

    Looking forward.

You can also use Saydoc to generate unlimited templates and request eSignatures. You get notified when your document is viewed and for how long. This is useful for moving your deal to a close and ultimately getting it eSigned. Hope this is useful for your jotform.
