Paypal integration not working - sending to Paypal homepage

    Hi all, 

    I am trying to get a registration form to automatically take someone to paypal where they can pay a custom amount for an upcoming retreat. In the past it has worked, but now it is sending people to the paypal homepage. Anyone know what I should do?

    Thank you for contacting us.

    There is an issue with HTML code of the Text field on form. Please remove < form > tags from HTML code in order to fix this, see the next animation.
