Email notifications are not received when submission is made

    We are having serious problems with our JotForm.  When people submit a form, we are not receiving e-mails of the submitted information.  The form is integrated with a credit card purchase process.  We've used JotForm for a couple of years and just recently it has been doing this.  We need to receive the e-mails of when people submit a new purchase.

    Can you please help?

    I took a look at the page and I see this form on the same:

    After inspecting the form I see that your SMTP server has sent us the bounce headers back when an email was sent to you.

    This is the reason why the email was bounced (as per your own server):

    smtp; 554 bosimpinc12 bizsmtp Connection refused -

    - The IP is of Amazon servers that we use to send the emails from.

    Your emails should be received now since I have removed the email from the bounce list, but please do let us know if you happen to have any additional issues and we would be happy to assist with the same.

    This is happening to us again... Can you please REFRESH the e-mails so we
    can receive them... it's for an online sales that we need to receive.

    I took a look at the same form as before:, but looking at it I can see that there is no email body content.

    It only shows this:


    I also see that your email setup is set to send the email from the same email address that is also receiving it, but no longer through SMTP setup, but over the verified sender.

    As such I will move this to a new thread so that we can properly assist you there with the resolution of the same.
