Is there a way to stop getting emails whenever a form is submitted?

I want to only receive email notifications when the condition is met so I have to add my notification email address. The problem is that now I get emails notifying me of form submissions but no emails about when a condition is met.

I checked your last form ID http://www.jotform.ca/form/52845509124254 and I couldn't find any conditions in the form.
