the email firstname.lastname@example.org in not in the bounce list. I have checked.
I have set email@example.com as email ID for email setting

Actual form is used as contact form at URL http://sharpscarpetcleaning.com.au/
The notification is not receiving at firstname.lastname@example.org but if i use another email address the message is delivered in that box

I checked the email@example.com email on our bounce list but the email is not on the list.
Also, I checked the mail log of the email and I noticed that the emails were successfully sent.
