Not quite sure if I understand your concern. To clarify, you would like to remove or delete the files uploaded in your submission? Is that correct?

Unfortunately, to delete files uploaded in your submissions, you need to delete the submission itself, you can delete it in your submissions page. This will free up your upload storage space. However, please note that this is irreversible which means the submission deleted together the file on it will be permanently be deleted in our servers.

I would advise taking advantage of the file sharing and storage app integrations listed in our apps page: http://apps.jotform.com/category/file_sharing_and_storage. That will let you create real-time backup of your submissions and file uploads in your Google Drive or Dropbox account.
