    How can I add a table to the form?

    Asked by DowntownRich on January 13, 2012 at 11:32 AM

    I need team information from one specific person regarding team member's name, email address and t-shirt sizes.  How can I add this to the form so that it can be populated as seen below or do you have another solution?

    It looks like you already know how to use the matrix tool to achieve the table effect for your form. If you want to customize these textbox's widths, use the custom css code I provided below:

    .form-matrix-values .form-textbox {
    width: 150px;
    }
    .form-matrix-row-headers +
    .form-matrix-values +
    .form-matrix-values .form-textbox {
    width: 150px;
    }
    .form-matrix-row-headers +
    .form-matrix-values +
    .form-matrix-values +
    .form-matrix-values .form-textbox {
    width: 80px;
    }

    The width values corresponds to the width of each column so the first one is for the first column, and so on. You can change these values to suit your preference.
