If I change account from Bronze to Starter, will I still have access to submissions and attachments?

We currently have a Bronze level account and would like to go back to the Starter level. If we do so, will we lose access to the submissions we have received and the attachments in those forms?

You can still access the submissions on your forms after downgrading the account to Free. However, please be noted that Free subscription plan is restricted to store only 100MB of files. You may be required to delete the submissions with attachments after taking a backup, if your account storage space is occupied with more than 100MB of files.

You may also consider integrating DropBox or Google Drive so that the submissions received can also be stored as a backup along with attachments.
