Conditions: state in rule declaration is missing and can not be selected any moreAsked by hsheahan on October 13, 2015 at 10:35 AM
What happened to the conditional states? They are missing and can't be selected anymore. Also, can save or choose a value, but you can at least write in a value. There are no AND, IF THEN, OR ELSE, IS EQUAL TO, CONTAINS or any other value that I need to continue. It was available and is set, but has stopped working this week that I can tell. Please repair and comment immediately! I'm trying to set my email notifications and make tweaks. I also tried to set other conditions and it appears that none of the conditional states and values are coming through and the old ones are no longer editable. THIS IS A BIG PROBLEM!
There was a brief period for about 15 minutes that caused this problem.
The problem has been resolved and you should be able to use it without problems.
We are sorry for the inconvenience this has caused.

I believe my colleague was working on something different than your request. He said he will fix the special options for dropdowns not showing as options for conditions tomorrow morning:
We've fixed the issue about special options and tested them. You are now able to add special options as you're used to it.
Please feel free to message us if we can help you further.
Thank you very much
