New condition system does not allow me to create any conditions

I am trying to set up conditions and it is not allowing me to select the state. See picture below

After a few attempts it seems to have fixed itself I will update if it stops again.

I'm glad to hear that the problem seems to have been resolved in your end.

We received reports from our developers that there's a temporary issue awhile ago in the conditions wizard, but it has not been resolved. However, please do let us know immediately if you problem persists in your end.
