How can my clients edit their submissions?

Also, I would like to know if I can create through google spreedsheet ID submissions for my client as they can keep their personal link if they need to edit the info?

You could include an edit submission link your forms autoresponder:

http://www.jotform.com/help/40-How-to-Let-Users-Update-Their-Form-Submissions-at-a-Later-Date

This would allow your user to update their submissions at a later date.  Updated submission data will also be updated in the Google docs spreadsheet integrated with the form.
